No experience necessary, we are willing to train.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
The Function Team Leader is responsible for first class food and beverage service to all function areas while maintaining the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
The primary focus of this position is to ensure that all organizational policies and daily procedures are consistently met through planning, organizing, motivating and supervising staff.
Essential Functions:
To lead by example by providing a superior display of professional customer service Implement policies and procedures to enhance and measure quality food service; continually suggest updates to written policies and procedures Coordinate the work of servers and runners to assure that food service is delivered in a timely manner Provide training on customer interaction, and enforce the adherence of appropriate seasonal attire Establish controls to minimize silverware and dishware loss Safeguard all food service employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation and accident prevention Consult with the Event Coordinator about food service aspects of special events being planned and to ensure that all special requests and client needs are serviced Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the entire function Establish and maintain a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for all function areas Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times Leave function room clean and ready for showing or next function Perform other duties as directed Job Type:
